I wish there were more reviews of A& B water here because I had a great experience with Tom. After purchasing my home in Westfrd, MA, I learned that my water level had extremely high level of radon. I obtained Tom's info through my realtor who told me that his sister used his service and had a good experience. Other companies I called for estimate told me that they had to come out to look at the property before they could give me the quote and the quote was never consistent with bulk price discussed over the phone. However, Tom was different-- he saved me a lot of time. He asked me to see the copy of the water result (I e-mailed him) and gave me the quote over the phone. He explained to me when he can come and how long it will take him to install over the phone. Tom was efficient, straight forward, and his estimate was very reasonable compared to other estimates I got. After the unit was installed, I ran into a minor water problem. When I called Tom, he came out to my place on the same day and was able to resolve the problem right away. Throughout the entire process, I felt confident because Tom was reliable and reasonable. If anyone needs radon remediation system installed, try calling Tom because it will save a lot of time and hassle. I am glad I was given his info to me.
